Hi Everyone,
Here's a bust of Christopher Hitchens that I completed recently. 1/2 scale in Chavant NSP
Thanks for having a look. Critiques and comments are welcome!

Nice job Derek! Good choice of angle and overall form. I believe it's a good likeness too, but sadly don't have a strong image of him in my memory banks.
At risk of repeating myself.............Give the old water based clay a go on your next job. Allows a lot more freedom and personal expression.

Thanks Stuart! I think I will use water based clay for my next project. I'd like to do a full scale bust, and water clay would be the more economical choice

Nice job Derek. Particularly like how you handled the hair forms.
Wondering why you left the eyes blank? Were you planning on painting this or putting in glass eyes or something? _________________ Heidi Maiers

Thanks Heidi! You know, I didn't really notice it until now, but now that you mention it, I'm going to put them in.
